Abstract Deadline 

The abstract deadline for oral presentations has been extended from 30 April 2015 to 31 May 2015. The abstract deadline for poster presentations is 31 July 2015. The texts of the abstracts can be updated until 15 August 2015.

Please note that abstracts will usually be accepted as posters. From all submissions the scientific committee will select abstracts for oral presentation.

Conditions for Submission

Authors will be notified concerning acceptance of the abstract no later than 15 July 2015. They will also be informed whether their submission will be accepted as oral presentation. If notification is not received by this date, please e-mail to the Conference Office. In late summer 2015 the final program will be e-mailed to all authors.

Please prepare your abstract as a Word (any version) or RTF file of no more than one page according to the instructions below. For Submission of abstracts please click here.


Please use this checklist in preparing abstracts. (See sample abstract)

* Font: Use Times New Roman 12 point

* Title: Use upper case letters (bold and centered, followed by 1 space).

* Authorship: Use first author as presenter of the paper. Use given names first and surnames second of all authors. Continue with author's institutional affiliation(s), city, state, postal code and country (upper and lower case, centered, followed by 1 space).

* Text: The text must have all the elements of a report: introduction, methods, results and conclusion (paragraphs not indented, 1 space between paragraphs, followed by 1 space at end). Do not exceed one 8.5 x 11 inch page OR one A4 page.

* References: Not required, may be placed in body of text or reference list following text with no heading. Example: (Calignano et al., Nature 2000;408:96-101).

* Acknowledgements: (Not required)
